I have two speeds. It’s either manic or panic. This has been the rhythm of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m either frantically energetic and completing tasks, checking boxes, and getting stuff done, or I’m crashing with severe anxiety and depression. Thankfully, lately, I’ve been in the former after a long season of the latter.
